Price of the products will be as stated on our website at any time unless something goes wrong. All prices include current VAT but exclude shipping costs which vary depending on the number of products purchased and the country of the delivery.
Coupon codes cannot be combined with additional coupons and are not applicable during sitewide promotions. In the case of sitewide discounts or sales, coupons are not valid and the existing promotion will be applied to your order.
We don't offer price adjustments for orders made prior to or following a sale.
Once the customer has paid for the order, you will receive an email confirmation. If this email isn’t received in 24 hours, please see your draft folder or alternative drop us a mail.
Payments for orders can be made with credit or debit card.
Karoo Moon will never actually see the information on the customers´ credit card and will simply receive the payment and order details through our service provider at Shopify.com
4. COLORS OF THE YARNS
Due to the treatment of the pictures and the different resolutions of computer monitors, the real colour of the yarns may differ from the one seen in the website. The process of hand-dyed can also cause variations in the final product. We will not accept returns based on a variation in colour as this is explained in the description of each product.
5. RESOLVING DISPUTES
We at Karoo Mooon want to avoid disputes about this agreement and resolve them as quickly as possible. But if there is one, please inform us in writing. We will first try to negotiate to end the dispute, then enter into mediation if negotiation fails, and finally go to arbitration if mediation fails.
Force majeure. Things may happen that prevent you or us from complying with each of our obligations under this agreement. Neither party is responsible for breach of this agreement caused by circumstances beyond its control, but the other party may cancel the agreement on written notice to the other if the circumstances persist for more than 60 calendar days.
Entire agreement. The agreement is the entire agreement between the parties on the subject.
Changes. If we change this agreement by updating this web page, any changes will only apply to future orders.
Governing law. South African law governs this agreement.
